Coconut White Balsamic
Our Coconut White Balsamic is truly unique. We have infused our exclusive and wonderfully sweet and tart traditionally produced white balsamic vinegar from Modena with fantastic all-natural coconut juice. This makes a simple but exotic salad dressing when paired with several of our other exceptional infused olive oils. For a tropical vibe, try it for marinades before grilling chicken or scallops. Over salad greens topped with grilled shrimp, take salsa tropical with tomato, avocado, red onion, a splash of lime, topped with pineapple. Also try it with Jerk Seasoning and pineapple juice to marinate baked/grilled chicken. Add a Caribbean note and put a splash in your next fruit flavored iced tea.

Trace elements are the tiny cogs in the working wheels of an efficient immune system. Vitamins are necessary for energy production, immune function, blood clotting and other functions, while minerals play an important role in growth, bone health, fluid balance and several other processes. Small but mighty, these trace vitamins, minerals and polyphenols are only needed in minute amounts to support health and growth, but are often missing from our meals. Getting them from multiple sources ensures that your daily meals are truly health supporting.
Coconut: Rich in scent and flavor, coconut contains phenolic compounds including gallic acid, caffeic acid, as well as essential minerals – iron, copper, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. Coconut is anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial.
White Balsamic Vinegar: Traditionally aged balsamic vinegars have many health benefits. Acetic acid is its main constituent. It is antimicrobial and antioxidant and is known to regulate blood sugar with its antiglycemic or anti-diabetic effect. Acetic acid in balsamic vinegar has strains of probiotics that promote digestion and gut health, supporting the microbiome balance and the overall immune system. It can lower cholesterol, regulate blood pressure and aid in weight loss. Inhalation of steamed vapor can clear congestion. Polyphenols from the grapes may promote blood circulation. Some use balsamic vinegar to treat acid reflux and heartburn.
