So far it's one of the better ones I've ever had. I'm a little bit confused because the front of the bottle says product of grease and on the back of the bottle it said produced in the USA so can you clarify that?

Taken by a spoonful, it has a little acidic bite to it but as a dressing or over vegetables, not so much.

I don’t have a lab to report on polyphenols content 😅. Your olive oils feel rich , smooth with a peppery bite finish . I am taking it religiously 1 tablespoon a day. I am on mainly Mediterranean diet anyway because I live in the hot California central valley and I do have access to high quality super local olive oil oil from Verni and from Enzo from my daily cooking needs. I took up on your oil as a supplement as it is much lauded. Hope for multiple benefits 😅, it is delicious and I take it as a 1/2 shot . Not sure if I should do it on an empty stomach stomach or during meals or as I saw it in the Blue Zone at breakfast with a sardine , coffee, cigarette and Uzo . 😅Anyway it is a great product, thank you 🙏
Packaging was great. Arrived much sooner than expected. And the note inside thanking me for my purchase was a very appreciated gesture. Have yet to try the Balck Truffel oil but the early harvest was very light and peppery - and the high phenolic content olive oil was tasted which is good since I try to take one tablespoon minimum each day for my health.
I love this olive oil. I recently purchased the early harvest version that has extra polyphenols and have added that to my diet daily. The various flavored oils are amazing. I particularly love the blood orange. It adds a brightness to vegetables. The company is amazing to work with, and I feel great buying from a small business.
