Jefry Jordan I take 1-2 tablespoons daily of high-polyphenol EVOO besides using it daily for all food preparation and cooking purposes. The Laconika EVOO has the “peppery finish” signifying a polyphenol rich EVOO.
High polyphenol EVOO have been tested and found to have a greater anti-inflammatory effect than NSAID’s without the potential negative side effects.
