Refund policy
Thanks for shopping at Laconiko! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help! Our process: the customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return include - your bottle(s) of oil or vinegar, soaps or dry ingredients. All products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Opened or used products will not be accepted. Add your proof of purchase or date that you purchased it and if we have any questions we will reach out once it is received.
Kalamata olives are ineligible products to return and are a FINAL SALE.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your return and about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your balance.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If there was a shipping issue and your product was delivered damaged, please contact us immediately. We would want you to take photos and schedule a phone call to ensure your satisfaction with our service and how we handle each situation. Do not send that order back until you speak with us.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number! If the order shows as DELIVERED and the carrier picture shows the correct address or mailroom, we will be unable to reimburse or replace a stolen package.
If your order shows as DELIVERED but was delivered to an incorrect address, you must notify us within 3 days. This time frame grants Laconiko the opportunity to file a claim with the carrier. Please note that carriers take pictures of the package upon delivery as proof. We are not responsible for any missing orders after this time frame and will not issue a refund.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected delivery frequency until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting our customer support team at info@laconiko.com. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Charges already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. If you cancel after a recurring order has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and future orders will be canceled.
