I find your Olive Oils to be very well crafted and they taste great.
I take a shot of this every day for my cholesterol, tried adding balsamic vinegar, and couldn't hardly get it down. Sorry but it taste really bad to me, Ive been adding cold water to it and it helps me get it down I won't know if it has helped bring down my bad cholesterol till Dec.
I’ve already used maybe a quarter of the bottle. I have to say that this olive oil is absolutely amazing. I haven’t tasted olive oil like this before. The acidity is very low, which is very great, but the polyphenol count and antioxidants are very high. I’ve been taking it twice a day, and sometimes I put it on my salad and my soup. If you’re looking for an extra-virgin olive oil that is great for anti-aging and inflammation you found the perfect one. I know that we have many Biohackers in the community that are looking for a great extra-virgin olive oil and this has definitely been the nail on the head. I would highly recommend purchasing this for longevity and health purpose, especially if you’re an active bio hacker like myself. For those of you that don’t know olive oil is actually better than resveratrol, which is derived from the antioxidant in red wine. That’s how powerful olive oil is, and medicinally. It can arrive some pain painkillers as well. So I definitely recommend this brand, and they are a great company, when I called them, they answered all of my questions, I definitely will be ordering from them again.
By the way, the flavor profile seemed to match that of olive oil and green tea. It has a very unique flavor profile and I think that’s why it won so many awards.
I appreciate the high levels of oleocanthal and the anti inflammatory effects. I’m putting it into my smoothie every morning. Thank you so much for developing and growing the olives for this excellent oil.
This is a unique product, with high oleocanthal content, lovely in taste. Honest, open labels..a small enterprise which should be richly rewarded in customers, given especially, that its customer service is friendly, efficient, quick and very courteous.

I always purchase the 4-pack and add on another bottle so that I’m at $100 for free shipping. This will be my first time trying the peach white balsamic and I can’t wait. I always get the lemon olive oil and also typically the Tuscan herb. They are great for mixing with almost any balsamic flavor but stand up on their own. Of course, you can’t go wrong with the plain EVOO.
We have been buying this particular oil and the aged Balsalmic vinegar for several years now and this is the only dressing my wife and I use. We have been very pleased with the quality of your products and will continue to buy them!

I take 1-2 tablespoons daily of high-polyphenol EVOO besides using it daily for all food preparation and cooking purposes. The Laconika EVOO has the “peppery finish” signifying a polyphenol rich EVOO.
High polyphenol EVOO have been tested and found to have a greater anti-inflammatory effect than NSAID’s without the potential negative side effects.
