Please note that due to our temperature-controlled storage facility, our Greek honey may occasionally arrive crystallized. This is completely natural and does not affect the quality, safety, or flavor of the honey. In fact, crystallization is a normal occurrence in real, raw honey.
To return the honey to its smooth, liquid state, simply place the closed jar in a bowl of warm water and stir occasionally until the crystals dissolve. Avoid using boiling water or overheating the honey in a microwave, as gentle warmth is best for preserving its natural quality. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and stir gently. Repeat as needed until it reaches your desired consistency.
