The long fermentation of Trebbiano vibrantly flavors the wine vinegar, adding exquisite flavors, structure and minerality. Aging in Bordeaux barrels of oak further promotes its evolution. Ideal and excellent on salads, vinaigrettes and boiled vegetables. Delicious with cooked legumes, such as beans, chickpeas, lentil soup, soybeans and even peanuts.
