We’ve been using the white balsamic for over 10 years now and never want to be without it. We buy in bulk and often give a bottle as a hostess gift instead of wine. We are always finding new ways to use it and are never disappointed. We’ve occasionally tried other white balsamic and there is no comparison. It has the perfect balance of tart and sweet and ever so slightly thicker than other vinegars giving it a nice consistency.
