Dr. Simran Malhotra is a triple board-certified physician in internal medicine, hospice and palliative care, and lifestyle medicine, as well as a certified health coach, speaker, and senior leader for Tony Robbins. Recognized as a “Top Doc” by Baltimore Magazine in palliative medicine for multiple years, she brings nearly a decade of clinical experience alongside advanced training in plant-based nutrition, culinary coaching, and behavior change.
Her work is shaped not only by medicine but by deeply personal experience. As a BRCA1 previvor who underwent a risk-reducing bilateral mastectomy and total hysterectomy at age 32, Dr. Malhotra understands what it means to sit on both sides of the exam table. She brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to conversations around disease risk reduction, longevity, and quality of life. Today her mission is to help others take proactive, evidence-based steps toward better health.
She helps busy women, especially those at higher risk for chronic disease, cut through the noise and build sustainable habits that support energy, longevity, and quality of life. She cares for a small panel of patients through her telehealth practice, allowing for a more personalized approach to care. She leads the Bethesda chapter of Walk with a Doc and delivers impactful talks and workshops for organizations and communities, translating the science of lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition into practical, real-life strategies.
