This educational dinner experience features a beautiful Greek meal, created from 'Greece - Recipes for Olive Oil and Vinegar Lovers', along with a tasting and learning experience.
You will taste all the olive oils and balsamics used in the meal, and leave with a deeper understanding of how they are made, how to cook with them, and how to enhance everyday meals simply by incorporating fresh, extra-virgin olive oil.
