Pizza Dino

Ingredients:

Pizza dough

1lb fresh Mozzarella

½ oz fresh basil

Laconiko Garlic EVOO to your liking

Directions:

Step1. Preheat the oven to 450F

Step2. Stretch the dough out into a round circle

Step3. Brush top of the dough with Laconiko Garlic EVOO

Step4. Spread mozzarella generously around the pizza dough

Step5. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves

Step6. Bake pizza until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 10-15 minutes
