(Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012) There is a EFSA approved health claim that only olive oils  with 250 mg/kg of polyphenols or more can claim:

  • Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress.  In order to bear the claim information shall be given to the consumer that the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.

(Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012) Olive oil comprises mainly of the monounsaturated fatty acid oleic acid (C18:1). There is also a EFSA approved health claim on the unsaturated fatty acids:

  • Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The claim may be used only for food which is high in unsaturated fatty acids, as referred to in the claim HIGH UNSATURATED FAT as listed in the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

The Most Beautiful Olive Oil In The World!!! 💙💜💙

This is the first time I have ever had true, unmixed olive oil that was not from the grocery store and I will never go back to anything else! It is night and day difference! I know the good Lord led me to this brand! I was in tears when I received the bottle and thank you note! I have never seen olive oil like this! Perfectly golden hue and tastes like heaven! Peppery and so delicious and so healthy! I am taking this every day for my health and using it in my hair and my skin and I am giving it to my mother as well who is 82. We love this olive oil!
