Vitamins include beta-carotene (vitamin A), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and folate (vitamin B9), along with minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and small amounts of sodium, zinc, manganese and selenium. Tarragon is also high in flavonoids quercetin, kaempferol, lutein, naringenin and contains phenolic acids; chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, and vanillic acid.

Rosemary: Active ingredients carnosic and rosmarinic acids have powerful antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, and antifungal properties. High in manganese essential for metabolic health. The phytochemicals in rosemary may help to improve eye health, regulate liver function, and lower the risk of asthma. Rosemary is also a rich source of B vitamins: thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and folate (vitamin B9).

Fennel is a powerhouse and the most widely used herbal plant for traditional remedies to aid digestive, endocrine system, reproductive and respiratory systems. Savory is used for loss of appetite, cough, intestinal cramps and disorders, indigestion, nausea, excessive thirst for diabetics, sore throat, insect bites and as an aphrodisiac. Savory is anticancer, antidiabetic, cardio-protective. It is a potent source of beta-carotine (vitamin A), ascorbic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and folate (vitamin B9). Savory also contains healthy fatty acids, Omega 3 fatty acids, Omega 6 fatty acids, and is rich in minerals, sodium and potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper all contributing to improved bone and skin health and overall immunity.
