1 small onion
1 bell pepper
½ cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
3tbsp Laconiko Garlic EVOO
Step1. Saute onions, garlic, and bell peppers in Laconiko Garlic Olive Oil 5 to 7 minutes.
Step2. Add cherry tomatoes and 1 cup white wine and simmer and stir a few minutes.
Step3. Add fresh mussels into sauce and drizzle more Laconiko Garlic Olive Oil in pot and cover in medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step4. Serve warm.
P.S. If you want more hearty meal, add on top of cooked penne pasta!
