- 12 oz tomatoes
- 1 baguette
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- Laconiko Basil Extra Virgin Olive oil
Step1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step2. Slice the 12oz tomatoes in half, scrape out the seeds and discard, then chop the tomatoes roughly.
Step3. Brush each baguette slice generously with Laconiko Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil on both sides, then set on a baking sheet.
Step4. Top each slice with tomato and 5 chopped basil leaves.
Step5. Drizzle a bit of Laconiko Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the tomatoes, then sprinkle with a bit of salt and bake until the bread turns golden brown and the basil
starts to wilt (about 8 minutes)
